Sharing the city with other congregations? Add each one. Each gets its own colour on the map, its own shift rota and a check that it has a fair share of the people passing. Just one congregation? Skip this.

CongregationKingdom Hall: Google Maps link (optional)

With every Kingdom Hall added, the suggested split gives each congregation the cart locations nearest its hall. Without them, the city is split into slices.

Venues: paste their Google Maps links, one per line

Crowds are estimated near each venue: arriving about 30 minutes before sessions and leaving after them, on event days only.

If your carts already stand somewhere, add those cart locations first: the area is then drawn to include them, and new locations are measured against them.
